高台阶水平孔微差爆破MILLISECOND BLASTING WITH HORIZONTAL HOLES IN HIGH BENCH

摘要(Abstract):
106国道浏阳市南段改建工程的白鹤岭开挖过程中需在陡峭山体高台阶实施水平孔爆破。为了克服单排水平孔爆破崩落石方不足且容易留下危岩等缺点,进一步发挥其作业方便、工效好的优点,本文提出该项技术的改进方案。工程应用表明,采用水平孔和上向倾斜孔相结合的微差爆破技术,不仅有效地改善了爆破质量,而且提高了作业安全性。
The problem o f blasting technology for the horizontal holes blasting in high bench for excavating the Baiheling Hill was met in reconstruction n of 106 national road in the south part of Liuyang city. in order to improve blasting effect and its safety and to make use of the efficient advantages of easy operation and better efficiency for single line horizontal holes blasting projects, a new method, millisecond blasting combining horizontal holes with upward inclined holes, has been presented in the paper. It has been verified in practice that the new method is successful not only for improving blast quality, but also the operation safety.
