控爆中配电站等安全问题的处理

摘要(Abstract):

待拆烟囱的钢筋混凝土基础紧邻对爆破震动极为敏感的配电站和挡土墙 ,其上方又有重要的架空高压输电线。通过正确设计控爆方案、合理选取爆破参数并采取试验爆破、多重防护及严密监测等技术措施 ,解决了复杂条件下该基础控爆拆除的安全问题
The reinforced concrete base of a chimney to be demolished is near to a distribution station and breast wall sensible to blasting vibration and there is an important high voltage line over it. Through correctly designing the blasting scheme, reasonablly selecting the blasting parameters and taking some technological measures such as testing blasts, multi shelters, close monitoring and so on, the safety problems in demolishing the base under the complicated conditions by controlled blasting have been solved.
