摘要(Abstract)：

总结了影响爆破拆除项目进度和安全的主要因素,指出爆破拆除项目的进度和安全目标的实现,首先要进行风险控制;其次要抓住重点,并主次兼顾;同时还要妥善处理项目实施中安全目标与进度目标的矛盾,方能达到预期目的。
The main factors influencing the progress and safety of blasting demolition projects were summarized,reaching the conclusion that the realization of the schedule progress and safety goal of blasting demolition projects should take the risk control as the priority,and was followed closely by paying much attention to the critical factors.The anticipated blasting goal relied on the proper contradiction between the progress and safety goals.
