裂缝砖烟囱爆破拆除的工程实践与技术探讨

摘要(Abstract):

为了探索爆破拆除有结构缺陷烟囱的有效方法,结合某砖厂68m高、底部高度1.0~32.0m内有一明显对称贯穿裂缝的烟囱爆破拆除方案、切口设计、爆破参数的选择及爆破效果,对爆破过程中出现与常规烟囱爆破不一样倒塌形式的原因进行了深入分析,提出了在烟囱存在裂缝部位,每间隔1.0m采用宽2.0m铁皮环向箍住烟囱或环向用竹跳板和铁丝箍住烟囱进行加固,使其形成一个整体的方法和改变烟囱切口位置及选择合适的支撑部位与大小、降低烟囱下坐加速度和下坐过程对铰链的不对称破坏等技术措施。同时对此次爆破技术措施进行了探讨,提出了改善爆破效果的建议,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。
Combined with a blasting demolition project with a chimney of 68 mhigh and the bottom height of 1.0-32.0 m with obvious symmetrical through cracks in a brick factory,the blasting demolition scheme,notch design and blasting parameters selection are introduced in detail.The reason why the chimney collapsed in the blasting process is different from the conventional chimney blasting is analyzed in depth.It is pointed out that the chimney with cracks at every interval of 1.0 mis hoop-bound by iron sheet with a width of 2.0 m or hoop-bound by bamboo springboard and iron wire to reinforce the chimney so as to form a whole.Change the position of the chimney incision and select the appropriate support location and size,technical measures such as reducing the acceleration of the chimney and the asymmetric destruction of the hinge during the sitting process.At the same time,the technical measures of this blasting effect are discussed,and suggestions for improving the blasting effect are put forward,so as to provide references for similar projects.
