某核电厂循环水泵房底板保护层的爆破开挖BLASTING EXCAVATION OF BOTTOM PLATE PROTECTIVE LAYER OF THE CIRCULATING WATER PUMP HOUSE IN A NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

摘要(Abstract):
利用毫秒延时爆破技术在某核电厂循环水泵房底板保护层实施多排孔孔间延时爆破。对爆破参数、装药结构、装药量、布孔方式及爆破网路进行了设计,并校核了爆破振动安全。通过对现场的爆破效果进行分析表明,毫秒延时爆破技术应用于水工建筑物底板保护层的开挖可取得良好的爆破效果,它对施工环境复杂、规模受限、爆破振动等有害效应以及爆破质量控制严格的爆破工程,具有很好的实用性。
For blasting bottom plate protective layer of the circulating water pump house in a nuclear power plant,delay blasting among the multi-row holes was applied by using millisecond delay blasting technique.Blasting parameters,charge structure,charge quantity,bore-holes layout mode and blasting network were designed.The blasting effect analysis in the filed showed that good effect was achieved by using millisecond delay blasting technique to excavate bottom plate protective layer of hydraulic buildings.The technique has good practicability for blasting projects whose construction environments are complex,blasting sizes are restricted,blasting vibration and blasting quality are strictly controlled.
