摘要(Abstract):
为满足地下金属矿无人开采技术要求,攻克无人爆破关键技术,以基于无线网络的地下远程遥控起爆系统为研究对象,系统研究和分析了地下和地表起爆控制单元的软硬件及起爆控制流程、地下与地表起爆控制端的通讯实现方式、远程无线起爆网路安全加密技术以及系统安全性设计等。在保障安全的前提下,实现了地下远程遥控起爆要求,对于井下无人爆破技术的开发具有重要意义。
In order to meet the technical requirements of unmanned mining of underground metal mine and overcome the key technology of unmanned blasting, the remote control blasting system based on wireless network is taken as the research object. The software and hardware of underground and surface blasting control unit, the blasting control process, the communication mode between underground and surface blasting control terminal, the security encryption technology of remote wireless blasting network are systematically studied and analyzed. On the premise of ensuring safety, the requirement of remote control blasting is realized, which is of great significance for the development of underground unmanned blasting technology.
