控制爆破法处理深井卡钻事故

摘要(Abstract):

通过理论和数值模拟分析了控制爆破技术处理深井卡钻事故方案的可行性,提出进行控制爆破的几个关键技术点和方案实施时主要注意要素。根据计算出的一次最大起爆药量,在钻头下方进行小药量、多次爆破,成功地解决了深井卡钻问题,可为类似工程提供参考。
Having studied the feasibility of using controlled blasting techniques to cope with deep drill-jamming accident by the aid of theoretical and numerical simulation analysis,several key technical points of carrying out controlled blasting with some main attentions during the implementation of the program were worked out.The employment of controlled multi-blasting with mini-dose under the drill,which was based on the calculated maximum amount of primary explosive,successfully solved the drill-jamming accident.The paper provided a reference for similar projects.
