露天煤矿采空区快速治理的爆破技术Rapid governance blasting technology of open-pit coal mine goaf

摘要(Abstract):
针对小煤窑私挖滥采破坏煤田完整性,在井工煤矿改露天煤矿后形成大范围的采空区,塌陷、自燃等地质灾害给剥离工程带来很大的安全隐患。以山煤集团河曲旧县露天煤业有限公司首采区基建工程中大规模采空区治理为例,结合采空区易陷落坍塌、上覆岩层厚度不均匀、处理时间紧张等特点,运用预制混凝土柱填塞贯穿炮孔,采用高精度非电导爆管雷管起爆网路,使用逐孔起爆技术,对采空区区域进行穿煤一次处理。并在利用爆破手段快速剥离露天煤矿大规模采空区的同时,获得了快速处理采空区的经验。
Because of the integrity of the coalfield was damaged due to the over exploitation of small coal mines, large-scale goaf was formed, and geological disasters such as collapse, spontaneous combustion, brought a lot of potential safety problems to divest engineering. Take the management of large-scale goaf in the first mining area construction project of Hequ Jiuxian Coal Group Co., Ltd, combined with the characteristics of esay collapse, uneven overburden layer thickness and tight treatment time, precast concrete column was used to plug through the blast hole, and high-precision non-electric detonator blasting network was used to conduct the full depth blasting treatment of the goaf area. this paper discusses the technique of rapid governance open pit coal goaf by blasting method, and summarizes the experience of goaf rapid governance.
