爆破拆除双曲线冷却塔倒塌过程动态仿真

摘要(Abstract):

双曲线冷却塔底部坐地面积大、重心低、结构稳定,爆破拆除具有一定的难度。本文利用动力分析有限元程序LS-DYNA,对爆破拆除双曲线冷却塔的倒塌过程进行了动态仿真。模拟计算的结果与真实倒塌过程非常接近,说明通过适当的选取计算参数和计算模型,可以对这种复杂结构的破坏倒塌过程进行模拟和分析,指导爆破方案设计及技术完善。
Owing to its large underside and low barycenter,the hyperbolic cooling tower stood stable and was hard to demolish by blasting.Simulation of its collapsing process under blasting demolition with the use of dynamic finite element analysis program LS-DYNA was adopted in this paper,and showed a result of very close to the collapse of the real process.It proved that through proper selection of parameters and computing model the collapsing process of complex structure could be simulated and analyzed,and by which the blasting engineering program and technology could be improved and finished perfectly.
