大断面地下洞室爆破成形控制关键技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

爆破开挖成形控制是大断面地下洞室开挖施工中的一项关键技术,开挖成形控制得好,既能降低后续施工的成本,又能提高工程的安全。三峡地下电站主厂房工程在积累了鲁布革电站、水布垭电站、龙滩电站、小湾电站等十多个大型地下厂房施工经验的基础上,重点对造孔设备选型、造孔精度控制及爆破参数制定等方面进行研究和分析,并通过工艺改进及采取一系列先进施工技术,取得了顶拱平均超挖8.5cm、边墙平均超挖小于9cm、岩锚梁平均超挖小于6cm的成果,远远低于规范所要求的超挖小于20cm的标准;并且开挖平整度小于9cm,爆破半孔率达到了95%以上,工程质量优良。在爆破成形质量控制方面较以往工程有了突破性的进展,具有较高的应用及参考价值。文章将对一些主要控制手段及方法予以分析总结,为类似工程提供借鉴与参考。
Blasting excavation forming control is a key technology in the excavation of large-section underground cavern.And well controlling excavation can not only reduce the cost for subsequent construction,but also can improve the operation safety.Based on the construction experiences from over 10 large-sized underground powerhouses of the hydropower stations,such as Lubuge,Shuibuya,Longtan and Xiaowan,research and analysis were,in construction of main powerhouse of three gorges underground power station,mainly concentrated on the selection of hole-drilling equipment,accuracy control of hole-drilling and the blasting parameters determination.And meanwhile,with the use of some improved techniques and a series of advanced technologies,the excavation construction achieved an average 8.5cm over-excavation at arch top,a sidewall over excavation less than 9cm and an average over excavation of rock anchorage beam less than 6cm.These achievements were far below from the 20cm which is required in the Specifications.In addition,the flatness of excavation was less than 9cm and the semi-hole rate of blasting was above 95%.The engineering was evaluated to be a high quality one and made a breakthrough in blasting QC compared with the past projects.Such a breakthrough has a relative high value to application and reference,and therefore,the paper made some analysis and conclusion on the main control means and method for the references may be cited by the similar projects in future.
