致裂器对液态CO_2相变破岩的功效影响分析

摘要(Abstract):

为了研究致裂器因素对液态CO_2相变破岩功效的影响,利用现场应用及统计分析的方法,结合CO_2相变工作的工况分析,对国内目前几种典型的致裂器,从其部件适配性、致裂管结构及工作原理、应用工艺等方面进行分析研究。结果表明:致裂器的部件适配性、整体的稳定性及安全性直接与破岩的作业效率、宏观效果等方面紧密关联,甚至关系到破岩结果的成败,致裂器是影响液态CO_2相变破岩功效的关键因素。最后基于国内主流致裂管目前存在的不足,提出了致裂管的改进和发展趋势。
In order to study the influence of fracturer factors on the rock-breaking efficiency of liquid CO_2 phase change, using the method of field application and statistical analysis, combined with the analysis of the working conditions of CO_2 phase change, several typical domestic fracturers are analyzed and researched from the aspects of its component adaptability, structure and working principle, and application technology. The results show that the adaptability of components, overall stability and safety of the fracturer are directly related to the operation efficiency and macroscopic effect of rock breaking, and even related to the success or failure of the rock breaking results. The fracturer is the key factor affecting the rock breaking efficiency of liquid CO_2 phase change. Based on the current deficiencies of domestic mainstream fracturing pipes, the improvement and development trend of fracturing pipes are put forward.
