宝钢马迹山港围堤工程爆破挤淤技术监控TECHNOLOGICAL SUPERVISION OF OOZE TREATMENT IN BLASTING COFFERDAM OF BAOSHAN MAJISHAN HARBOR

摘要(Abstract):
为增加进口铁矿石储量,国家投资上亿元扩建宝钢马迹山港一期堆料场。该港围堤总长1124·488m,其中571m需采用爆破挤淤置换堤心石方量为585894m3,护脚块石爆夯方量31791m3。本文作者参加了围堤工程水下爆破监理工作,与业主和施工单位密切配合,对难度较大的跨越深潭地带(水深达13·6m,超过挤淤规范规定的最多12m的厚度)的水下爆破挤淤填石工程进行了认真总结,尤其对监理如何在爆破施工中进行质量监控和安全监控做了重点介绍。这些成功经验对于从事爆破工程的监理、科研设计与施工人员很有借鉴意义。
In hope to enlarge the storage area for exported iron ore the State put over billion of investment to expand the first phase stockpile plant of Baoshan Majishan Harbor.The cofferdam of the harbor extends 1124.488m in total,571m of it ,with a stone quantity of 585894m3,should be developed into the center of cofferdam through ooze treatment by blasting.The author worked as a supervisor in this project,and cooperating with the owner and contractor,summarized in detail the underwater blasting ooze treatment operation in the area passing the deep pool(with a water depth of 13.6m that surpass the routine maximum thickness ooze treatment of 12m),which was regarded as the relative difficulty section in stone filling engineering.The author focused on the discussion on how to carry out quality and safety supervision.The successful practice may very meaningful to the people who engage in supervision of blasting engineering,in research and practical work.
