摘要(Abstract):

为了解决闽侯县白沙镇唐举矿区建筑用凝灰岩矿山爆破大块率较大的问题,对导爆管爆破网路进行了优化,在不增加雷管成本的条件下实现逐孔起爆。通过调整孔网参数、采用分段装药结构及空气间隔装药等手段,使炸药能量均匀分布,并采用正交实验法对分段装药比例、填塞长度及空气间隔长度进行实验。通过实验,确定在分段装药比例为204∶52,一段填塞长度为3.5m,空气间隔长度为1.8m,二段填塞长度为2.9m时爆破效果最佳,有效地改善了爆破效果,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
In order to solve the problem of large blasting rate of tuff mines used in Tangju mining area of Baisha Town,Minhou County.The optimization of the detonation tube blasting network was carried out.The hole-by-hole detonation was achieved without increasing the cost of the detonator.By adjusting the parameters of the hole network,adopting section charge structure,and air deck charge,making the explosive energy evenly distributed.Orthogonal experiment method was used to test the proportion of the charge,length of packing and length of air deck.Through experiments,it was determined that the proportion of charge in the section was 204∶52.When the first section filling length is 3.5 m,the air deck length is1.8 m,and the second section filling length is 2.9 m,the blasting effect is best.blasting effect effectively was improved,production efficiency was increased,and production costs was reduced.
