面板堆石坝级配料开采爆破块度预报模型及爆破设计参数优化研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文介绍了爆破块度预报模型的建立方法,并结合天生桥一级水电站面板堆石坝级配料开采爆破试验,建立了适合于天生桥一级水电站级配料开采的爆破块度预报模型,提出了快速判断开采料是否满足设计要求的方法。本文还介绍了爆破参数优化的概念,并建立了适用于水电站开挖爆破的优化目标函数及约束条件。最后通过实例,介绍了建模方法以及最优解和可行解的求解方法,并对天生桥一级水电站的级配料开采的爆破参数进行了优化设计,提出了适合于天生桥一级水电站ⅢA、ⅢB料开采的最优爆破参数及可行爆破参数。这些方法和思路对其他类似工程的研究有着重要的参考价值。
In this article,the writers introduced the way to build a blasting fragmentation forecasting model,and proved the model with the actual example of blasting test on gradation material mining of concrete-face rockfill.This paper also shows how to judge whether the mined gradated material can meet the practical needs or not quickly.The concept of the optimization of the blasting parameters is given.The optimlzation target function and restrained terms suited to the excavation blasting of hydropower stations are set up.In the end of the article,the writers show the methods to build the model and the best solution of the forecasting model by example,optimization of the blasting parameters of the Tianshengqiao's gradation material,and the most valuable blasting parameters.These methods and concepts will contribute a lot to some similar projects.
