单向三折叠拆除爆破技术在复杂环境下的应用

摘要(Abstract):

针对待拆岳阳市友阿德赛商业广场大楼为框架结构,且周边环境复杂,倒塌范围不够的情况,决定设计3个爆破切口,采用单向三折叠拆除爆破技术。在合理确定爆破切口高度及墙、柱爆破参数后,采用了孔内高段延时、同层孔外毫秒延时、切口半秒延时、双回路起爆网路。为了有效控制爆破危害效应,选择了离周边建(构)筑物、管网、深基坑相对较远的空地为大楼倒塌方向,合理安排起爆次序,加大预处理拆除部分,在大楼倒塌位置设置3道厚1.5 m,长60 m,宽1.2 m的废渣作缓冲层。通过精心设计和施工,取得了大楼完全塌落的良好爆破效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴经验。
For the Yueyang City Youa Saide Commercial Plaza Building to be demolished,the surrounding environment is complex and the collapse area is not enough.It was decided to adopt a one-way three-fold demolition blasting technology.Three blasting notches were used for folding blasting.After reasonable determination of blasting notch height and the blasting parameters of wall and column,high-rank delay in the hole,millisecond delay outside the same hole,half-second delay in the slit,and double loop were adopted In order to effectively control the blasting hazard effect,the open space that was relatively far from the surrounding building(structure),pipe network and deep foundation pit was selected as the collapse direction of the building,the detonation sequence was reasonably arranged,and the pre-treatment removal part was enlarged Three wastes of 1.5 m thick,60 m long and1.2 m wide were set as a buffer layer.Through careful design and construction,a good blasting effect of the complete collapse of the building was achieved.It can provide reference for similar projects.
