摘要(Abstract)：

待拆码头位于黄浦江主航道、沪东船厂生产区,总长448 5m,由三种不同结构部分组成,环境复杂、拆除难度大、施工周期短。工程分两阶段进行,第1阶段拆除235m、第2阶段拆除213 5m。通过采用爆破与机械吊运相结合、分割解体流水作业,在18天内成功地完成了第1阶段码头拆除任务。
With its length being of 448.5m and consisting of three different structures,the wharf of Shanghai Hudong Shipyard to be demolished is located at the south of the main channel of Hudong River. Characterized by complex structure,difficulty conditions,limited short time for the program,the whole engineering was divided into two phases.In the first phase the demolish length was about 235m and in the second was 213.5m. By employing a continuous operation and combining multilateral face demolition with separate disintegration the first phase period of demolishing wharf was only 18 days.
