摘要(Abstract)：

收缴流散在社会中的爆炸物品是公安机关的一项重要职能,及时销毁收缴爆炸物品是确保首都安全的一项重要举措,如何确保爆炸物品处置、销毁的安全,则一直是公安机关时刻面临的问题。结合北京市公安局多年来处置、销毁爆炸物品工作实践,阐述了引入社会化管理,以商业运作方式理顺处置、销毁渠道,确保安全的工作模式。
It is an important function for the public security organs to collect explosives dispersed in society, and destroying the collected explosives timely is an important measure to ensure the security of the capital.Therefore,the public security organs are always faced with the problem of how to ensure the security of disposing and destroying the confiscated explosives.Based on the practice of explosives disposed and destroyed by Public Security Bureau of Beijing in recent years,the work mode of ensuring the security was discussed by introducing socializing management and by handling the destruction channel by means of commercial operation.
