210m钢筋混凝土烟囱定向爆破拆除

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一座高210m的钢筋混凝土烟囱的定向爆破拆除。文中介绍了该烟囱爆破切口的选择、爆破参数的选取、延时起爆网路、预处理及安全防护等控制烟囱准确倒向的技术措施;探讨了该烟囱定向拆除爆破的可行性。爆后现场倒塌的烟囱顶端偏离倒塌方向中心线仅1.5m,高210m钢筋混凝土烟囱定向控制爆破取得圆满成功。
A directional blasting method was introduced to demolish a 210m-high chimney of reinforced concrete.Practices and techniques regarding the selection of blasting cut,the determination of blasting parameters,the design of ignition network as well as the pretreatment and safety precautions were presented for precise control of collapse direction of the chimney.Besides,the feasibility of directional blasting demolition of the 210m-high chimney was also explored.The demolition saw a very successful collapse in directional blasting demolition of the 210m chimney,with the top of the chimney falling into the area just 1.5m away from the central line of collapse.
