摘要(Abstract):
针对贵广铁路GGTJ-2标DK120+692DK120+874段的地质条件,在综合了光面爆破和预裂爆破特点的基础上,提出了边坡控制爆破改进技术,结合钻孔角度精确定向技术和爆破参数优化方法,优化起爆顺序,实现了软弱围岩边坡的精准控制爆破。通过现场应用,爆后边坡平整美观,半孔率达到了90%;同时降低了保留岩体的损伤,增加了保留边坡岩体的稳定性,为以后在软弱岩层条件下进行路堑边坡爆破开挖提供了参考。
According to the geological conditions of Guiyang Guangzhou railway GGTJ-2 DK120+692DK120+874段的地质条件,在综合了光面爆破和预裂爆破特点的基础上,提出了边坡控制爆破改进技术,结合钻孔角度精确定向技术和爆破参数优化方法,优化起爆顺序,实现了软弱围岩边坡的精准控制爆破。通过现场应用,爆后边坡平整美观,半孔率达到了90%;同时降低了保留岩体的损伤,增加了保留边坡岩体的稳定性,为以后在软弱岩层条件下进行路堑边坡爆破开挖提供了参考。
According to the geological conditions of Guiyang Guangzhou railway GGTJ-2 DK120+692 DK120+874 section,the improved slope control blasting technique is put forward based on the characteristics of smooth blasting and pre splitting blasting,combined with drilling angle precise directional technology and blasting parameters optimization method,and the sequence of detonation is optimized,and the precise control blasting of the soft surrounding rock slope is realized.Through the field application,the slope is beautiful after blasting,and the half-hole rate reaches 90%.At the same time,the damage of retaining rock mass is reduced,and the stability of the rock mass is increased,which provides a reference for the excavation of the cutting slope under the condition of soft rock in the future.
