逐孔起爆微差爆破技术的研究和实践

摘要(Abstract):

多排孔微差爆破在露天矿山中已经得到广泛应用,并且技术日趋成熟。随着对微差爆破技术研究的深入以及新型爆破器材的研发,“逐孔起爆微差爆破技术”被提出并得到广泛应用,极大地推动了露天矿爆破技术的发展。文中论述了“逐孔起爆微差爆破技术”的基本原理和特点,指出该技术符合最小抵抗线原理、空间补偿原理以及提高爆炸能量利用率的要求,分析了应用该技术时合理微差时间选择过程以及爆破网路安全性问题,并根据现场试验数据说明了该技术的优势。
Multi-row millisecond blasting has been widely applied in open pit mines and is coming to maturity with the further study into millisecond blasting technology and developments of new explosive materials going on,the technology of millisecond blasting ignited in borehole sequence has been put forward and applied widely,greatly promoting the development of blasting technology in the open pit mines.The present paper discussed the basic principles and characteristics of"millisecond blasting ignited in borehole sequence",and pointed out that the technology accorded with both burden principle and place compensation principle,and met the requirements of improving the blasting energy′s utilization rate.The paper also analyzed the questions,such as the choice of the rational millisecond and improvement of the security of blasting net.Finally,the advantages of such technology were presented with the help of the statistics collected from field experiments.
