截顶M型药型罩结构参数对聚能射流的影响Influence of structural parameters of the truncated M-shaped charge cover on the shaped energy jet

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究截顶M型药型罩的结构对聚能射流的性能影响,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对9组聚能装药结构进行数值模拟分析。通过改变药型罩截顶宽度和V型开口宽度,分析聚能射流的速度、长度以及连续性变化。结果表明,在9组不同的方案中,射流的速度随着药型罩截顶宽度和V型开口宽度的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势。当截顶宽度为1.2 cm, V型开口宽度为0.4 cm时,射流的形态更好,射流头部速度最大,为6 007 m/s。
In order to study the influence of the truncated M-shaped charge cover on the shaped charge jet, ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate and analyze the performance of 9 groups of shaped charge. By changing the width of the truncated cap and the width of the V-shaped opening, the velocity, length and continuity of the shaped jet were analyzed. The results show that in the 9 schemes, the velocity of the shaped jet increases first and then decreases with the growing of the truncated width and the V-shaped opening width. When the truncated width is 1.2 cm and the V-shaped opening width is 0.4 cm, the shape of the jet is better and the jet head velocity reaches the maximum, 6 007 m/s.
