聚能预裂(光面)爆破技术
TECHNOLOGY OF CUMULATIVE PRESPLITTING BLASTING

摘要(Abstract):

通过研究双聚能槽药卷的成形技术和确保聚能射流能够沿着预裂(光爆)面发挥气刃作用的对中技术,使爆破应力波作用、高压气体的膨胀作用、聚能射流的气刃作用在岩体形成裂缝的瞬间能够有机结合、相互作用、相得益彰,从而完成了将预裂(光面)爆破和聚能爆破机理的有机结合,实现了聚能预裂(光面)爆破技术的生产性应用。该项专利技术分别减少了预裂(光面)爆破造孔工作量50%~65%、单位面积装药量50%~65%,节约成本50%~55%;同时还大大减小了爆破对保留岩体的危害,增强岩石边坡的稳定性,加快了施工进度,推广该项技术无疑会创造极大的经济效益和社会效益。
The explosive forming technology of cartridge with double cumulative energy grooves ensures that the high pressure gas blades penetrate cracks along the presplitting face.This organic combination of presplitting blasting with cumulative blasting makes the application of the cumulative energy presplitting-smooth blasting possible in production.This patented technology will reduce the amount of drilling holes and explosive of unit area by about 50%~65% respectively in prespliting blasting and save the cost about 50%~55%.And besides,it will weaken the harmful action of the blasting to the reserved rock and increase the stability of the rock slope and expedite the construction progress.The spread of the technology will create obviously great economic and social benefits.
