摘要(Abstract):
从装药效率、爆破效果和爆破成本等方面讨论了现场混装乳化炸药的优点,采用现场混装乳化炸药和逐孔起爆技术进行南泥湖矿山段沟开挖爆破施工,取得了良好的爆破效果,解决了炮孔富水装药难与确保其装药量等问题,有效地降低了爆破振动对周围建筑物的危害,保证了爆破安全,可对类似露天矿山富水炮孔爆破施工提供一定的参考。
Advantages of site mixing and charging emulsion explosive have been discussed from charging efficiency,blasting effect and blasting cost.Site mixing and charging emulsion explosive and hole-by-hole blasting technique were used in Nannihu section trench excavation blasting,which achieved a good blasting effect and solved the difficult problems,such as charging in water-rich blastholes and ensuring explosive payload,effectively reduced the blasting vibration damage to the surrounding buildings and ensured the blasting safety.It could provide certain reference to similar construction of water-rich blastholes in openpit mine.
