招宝山超小净距隧道开挖爆破技术

摘要(Abstract):

招宝山双线隧道之间的净距为4m,仅为设计规范规定值的94%~148%,爆破技术是顺利施工的关键。作者依据实践经验,参阅有关资料,通过生产试验和实地观测,提出了一套科学的爆破方案,在不降低循环进尺、基本不增加成本、没有使用特殊爆破器材的条件下确保了中隔墙的稳定和完整。
The twin-tunnel in Zhaobaoshan,with a separation of 4m between the two tunnels which is only the 94%~148% of the specified data of design criteriaBlasting is key to smooth constructionIn this paper,according to practical experience,related reference,industrial tests and site investigation,we put forward a scientific design which assured the integrity and stability of the internal wall,without increased cost,special blasting material or decreasing rate of progress
