干冰粉气动压裂混凝土质量比实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

爆破致裂法效率高、成本低,在采矿、地下工程等岩体开挖中应用广泛,CO_2致裂法是一种新式的爆破方法,但是CO_2相变膨胀致裂技术通常是利用液态(超临界态)CO_2的相变膨胀过程致裂岩体。为了解决高压液态CO_2的存储、运输和充装问题,提出一种新型干冰粉气动压裂破岩技术,并开展室内干冰粉气动压裂混凝土实验,研究干冰粉与CO_2聚能剂的质量比(m系数)对预制混凝土压裂效果的影响。结果表明,m系数对混凝土试样破裂形式影响明显,m≤6:1时,静态气动压裂效果较差,m介于7:1与8:1之间时的静态气动压裂效果较好。
The blasting and cracking method has high efficiency and low cost,and is widely used in rock excavation such as mining and underground engineering.CO_2 cracking is a new blasting method,but CO_2 phase change expansion cracking technology usually uses the liquid phase(supercritical) CO_2 phase transformation expansion process to crack the rock mass.In order to solve the problem of storage,transportation and filling of high pressure liquid CO_2,a new type of dry ice powder pneumatic fracturing rock breaking technology was proposed,and the indoor dry ice powder pneumatic fracturing concrete experiment was carried out to study the mass ratio of dry ice powder to CO_2 concentrating agent The effect of the m coefficient on the fracturing effect of precast concrete.The results show that the m coefficient has a significant influence on the concrete rupture form.When m≤6:1,the static aerodynamic fracturing effect is poor,and the static aerodynamic fracturing effect between m between 7:1 and 8:1 is better.
