高温钢筋混凝土基础爆破拆除
BLASTING DEMOLITION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE FOUNDATION IN HIGH TEMPERATURE

摘要(Abstract):

采用控制爆破拆除高炉基础,针对基础的高温(80-100℃)特点,采取了强制降温、药包隔热等技术措施。通过进行药包耐热模拟试验,确定装药、填塞、连线作业的允许时间。通过合理的施工组织,减少药包在炮孔内的时间,确保了爆破安全。对于厚大基础的爆破拆除,采用较大的孔网参数及空气间隔装药技术,取得了很好的爆破效果。
The demolition of the reinforced concrete foundation of blast furnace by controlled blasting was introduced.Regarding the high temperature(80100℃),many technical measures were taken such as compulsorily reducing temperature and isolating charge from heat.The permitted time of charging,tamping and wiring were defined by simulating test of heat-enduring to charge in the borehole.In order to ensure safety,the time that the charge stayed in the borehole was reduced.In the case of blasting demolition of thicker and bigger foundation,airdeck charging construction and wider spacing were taken.The blasting gained ideal effect.
