微量装药软岩光面爆破技术在隧洞洞口开挖中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

乌于达卡鲁玛水电站尾水隧洞8~#支洞洞口围岩极为软弱、覆盖层极薄,为了避免洞口塌方冒顶造成进洞失败,同时沿设计开挖线形成较好的开挖轮廓,提出了"微量装药软岩光面爆破技术"概念,将导爆索作为炸药单独使用,并得到实际应用。洞口段进行了16茬炮的爆破试验,进尺35.2m,总平均超挖3.75cm。爆破结果表明:微量装药光面爆破技术对软岩的扰动可以控制到最小,并能形成平整、规则的开挖轮廓面,同时有效减少超挖、降低成本。
At the portal of Adit 8 in Uganda Karuma HPP TRT project,the surrounding rock is extremely soft and the rock layer is terribly thin.The biggest challenges are portal collapse and roof fall in this case.To avoid the failure of excavation and make a preferable excavation profile along excavation line,the method of Micro-charging Smooth Blasting Technique(detonating cord is used as explosive separately)is hereby raised and practically applied.16 trial blasts were carried out at the portal section during 35.2m footage and total average overbreak 3.75 cm.Blasting trials indicated that the disturbance of extremely soft rock can be controlled to the minimum,a leveling and smooth excavation profile can be formed,the overbreak can be decreased efficiently and the cost could be reduced using Micro-charging Smooth Blasting Technique.
