摘要(Abstract)：
重点介绍了韶关冶炼厂高温炉生产中爆破清除炉结时,由电雷管新起爆法代替火雷管旧起爆法的技术方案及操作工艺。经8个月50多次的实际操作检验后,证明此方法在应对清除类似高温炉结时是安全可靠、技术可信、操作简便、经济实用的一种好方法。
A new blasting technique of furnace clinker removal at high temperature production process in Shaoguan Smelter characterized by using electric detonator to replace a flash one was discussed in detail.The technique was pilot employed more than 50 rounds within 8 months and proved to be a practical method in terms of its safety and reliability in technology,simplicity in operation and visible economical benefits.
