摘要(Abstract):

长644m的旧公路与新桥相距仅14m,采用直径76mm和42mm的炮孔对桥墩(台)实施控制爆破,实现了大桥的一次性塌落。通过不同爆破方案的比较,确定了最优的爆破方案。根据桥墩(台)结构尺寸的变化,对爆破参数进行了调整。使用四通连结的非电导爆管复式爆破网路,确保了起爆的安全性和可靠性;采用加强防护措施,防止爆破飞石;微差爆破的使用,使爆破震动得到了有效的控制,保证了新桥的安全。
An old highway bridge with a length of 644m is apart from a new bridge by only 14m.The once-through collapsing of old bridge was realized by use of the controlled blasting with the boreholes having 76mm and 42mm diameters for blasting of the piers.The optimal blasting scheme was determined through the comparison between different blasting schemes.According to different structures and dimensions of the bridge piers,the blasting parameters were adjusted.A double priming circuit using non-electric detonators and four-channel connectors was used to ensure the safety and reliability of initiation.The enhanced protective measures were used to prevent the flying rocks at the moment of blasting and the millisecond blasting was used to control the blasting-induced vibration,which guaranteed the safety of new bridge.
