泵站基坑内支撑与围檩爆破拆除技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

以上海青草沙5号沟泵站基坑建设为背景,通过对基坑内支撑与围檩的多次爆破方案和所监测到的爆破振动数据进行分析对比,总结出一套基坑内支撑与围檩爆破拆除方法。该方法在保证爆破效果的基础上,使得基坑内支撑与围檩的爆破拆除对地下挡土墙、在建基坑结构、塔吊、周边建筑结构等的影响最小。
With the background of No.5 channel pumping station construction in Shanghai,a set of demolition methods of supporting and circuit purlin blasting in foundation pit were introduced through comparing and analysing multiple blasting program of supporting and circuit purlin in the foundation pit and real-time blast vibration monitored data,which not only ensured blasting effect,but also made demolition of the foundation inner supporting and circuit purlin blasting have the least influence on the underground retaining wall,foundation pit structure,tower cranes,the surrounding building structure.
