摘要(Abstract):

为有效降低复杂环境下楼房拆除爆破引起的振动,提出将分块斜线起爆网路应用于纵向倒塌的爆破技术。分块斜线起爆网路利用数码电子雷管延时精确的特性在空间与时间上将楼体划分成几个区域,爆破过程中拉应力与剪应力共同作用下完成楼房解体;纵向倒塌技术使楼房向窄边定向倾倒,能有效减小爆堆散落面积,对楼房解体要求更高,为狭小空间爆破提供可能性。爆破效果表明:分块斜线起爆网路应用于纵向倒塌的爆破技术,使得楼房按设定好的起爆网路分块倒塌,且整个倒塌过程因剪切、牵扯和挤压等力的共同作用,使得楼体空中解体效果良好,且爆堆散落距离短;有效控制了爆破振动等有害效应的产生。
In order to effectively reduce the vibration caused by demolition blasting of buildings in complex environment, the blasting technology of applying block diagonal blasting network to longitudinal collapse is proposed. The block oblique detonating network uses the precise delay characteristics of digital electronic detonators to divide the building into several areas in space and time, and completes the disintegration of the building under the joint action of tensile stress and shear stress during the blasting process; The longitudinal collapse technology makes the building collapse to the narrow side, which can effectively reduce the scattered area of the blasting pile, and has higher requirements for the disintegration of the building, providing the possibility of blasting in a narrow space. The blasting effect shows that the application of the block oblique line blasting network to the vertical collapse blasting technology makes the buildings collapse in blocks according to the set blasting network, and the whole collapse process has good disintegration effect in the air due to the joint action of shear, drag and extrusion forces, and the distance of the explosion heap is short; The harmful effects such as blasting vibration are effectively controlled.
