高低温循环与电导率法对乳化炸药稳定性的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

在水相组分和制备工艺完全相同的条件下,研究油相材料对乳化炸药稳定性的影响。在相同条件下对各乳化炸药样品进行高低温循环试验,之后测试其电导率,以此对乳化炸药的稳定性进行比较和评价。对比稳定性与爆速,发现含不同油相材料乳化炸药的稳定性与爆速没有相关性,但含油相材料复合蜡的乳化炸药稳定性与爆速有正相关性。
Under completely identical condition of the water phase component and preparation process, the impact of oil phase material on the stability of the emulsion explosive was studied.The emulsion explosive samples were tested by high-low temperature circle experiments and their conductivity was tested after the experiments under the same condition,then the stability of the emulsion explosive was evaluated and compared based on them.To contrast the stability and the detonation velocity,with different materials as the oil phase,the stability and detonation velocity is not relevant.While the oil phase materials are the same,with different content of the oil phase,the test of the stability and detonation velocity has a positive correlation.
