摘要(Abstract)：

在爆区周围建筑物和设施对深孔爆破震动十分敏感的情况下,先要通过讨论确定振速控制标准(v<0 5cm/s);然后通过试爆数据的回归,得出适合计算不同测点振速的经验公式,并用来估算最大一段药量;在爆破过程中还要进行震动监测。由于监理工程师严格控制最大一段药量或比例药量,未出现振速超标现象。文中详细介绍了深孔爆破工程中的安全监理方法以及施工准备阶段、施工阶段的主要监理工作。
Under the condition that the buildings and facilities around a blasting area are sensitive to the ground vibration induced by long-hole blasts,first of all,the criterion for control of vibration velocity(v<0.5cm/s)must be decided by discussion.Then,through regression analysis to the data from trial blasts,the empiric formulae suitable to calculate the vibration velocities of different measuring points are worked out and used for estimation of maximum charge weight per delay interval.During blasting,vibration monitoring must be conducted.Owing to strictly controlling the maximum charge weight per delay interval or scaled charge weight by supervisors,no any vibration velocity is larger than the critical value.In this paper,the methods for safety supervision in a long-hole blasting project are introduced,and the supervisory work during construction preparation and in the process of excavation are presented.
