黄衢高速公路节理发育边坡控制爆破试验CONTROL BLASTING TEST OF JOINTED SLOPE OF HUANGQU HIGHWAY

摘要(Abstract):
以浙江黄衢高速公路节理发育边坡为工程背景进行了现场试验,对比了不同爆破参数对节理发育边坡爆破效果的影响,分析了爆破实施的关键因素,并提出了节理发育泥岩边坡控制爆破的安全临界振动速度。试验结果表明,对于节理发育且风化严重的泥岩进行光面爆破,选取合理的炸药单耗很重要,同时要把握边坡的地质情况,特别需要注意较大倾斜角度节理的存在。黄衢高速公路节理发育泥岩边坡光面爆破合理的炸药单耗应选取0.3kg/m3,质点振动速度安全限值可取为1015cm/s。
The paper discussed a site blasting test in a jointed slope of Huangqu highway,compared the effect of different parameters on smooth blasting and analyzed the critical factors in construction of the blasting,followed by putting forward the peak velocity of controlled blasting in the jointed mudstone slope.Test results showed that reasonable specific charge was very important for smooth blasting of mudstone with joint development and severe weathering,and should be determined by taking into consideration of its geological conditions,especially the existence of a relatively large degree inclined layer.The specific charge should be 0.3kg/m3,and the peak particle vibration velocity should be limited into 1015cm/s。
