露井联采爆破振动效应的灰色关联度分析

摘要(Abstract):

采用灰色关联理论分析了露井联采中地上台阶爆破对地下巷道影响因素的关联程度。选取最大单响药量、炸药单耗、爆源距测点水平距离、爆源距测点垂直距离、总延时时间、段别间最小延时时间和岩体完整性系数为爆破参考因素;爆破振动峰值速度、峰值频率和振动持续时间为系统参考因素。通过对原始数据无量纲化、负相关转化处理,计算出灰色绝对关联度。进行灰色绝对关联度优势分析,得出了台阶爆破对地下巷道影响的准优因素为最大单响药量。研究结果揭示了露天台阶爆破引起的井下巷道水平方向峰值振动速度、峰值频率以及振动持续时间对于所选爆破相关因素之间的关联序。灰色关联分析的具体结果进一步反映出露井联采地上露天台阶爆破对地下巷道振动效应各主要控制因素,分别为最大单响药量、段别间最小延时时间和岩体完整性系数,在今后的露井联采台阶爆破振动效应控制方案设计中可作为主要参考因素。
The gray relational theory is used to analyze the correlation degree of the influence of aboveground bench blasting on the underground roadway.The maximum distance,the total delay time,the minimum delay time between the sections and the coefficient of the integrity of the rock mass are the reference factors of the blasting.The blasting vibration peak speed,peak frequency and vibration duration are system reference factors.The gray absolute correlation degree is calculated by dimensionless and negative correlation transformation of the original data.The results show that the quasi-optimal factors of the impact of the step-blasting on the underground roadway are the maximum single-pound dose.The results show that the peak vibration velocity,peak frequency and vibration duration of the downhole roadway caused by the open-stage blasting are related to the relevant factors of the selected blasting.The results of the gray relational analysis further reflect the main controlling factors of the vibration effect of the open-pit roadside blasting on the underground roadway,which is the maximum single-panting dose,the minimum delay time between the sections and the rock mass integrity coefficient.In the future,the design of the control scheme of the blasting vibration effect of the open pit mining can be used as the main reference factor.
