新柳煤矿大断面岩巷定向断裂爆破技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

结合新柳煤矿大断面岩巷掘进实际情况,选择大断面岩巷掘进的全断面定向断裂控制爆破技术。采用复式双楔形掏槽及周边聚能药卷定向断裂爆破,改变岩巷周边孔装药结构,形成了大断面岩巷高效施工技术,大大提高了炮孔利用率和岩巷工程质量,降低了材料消耗,实现了多工序的安全快速掘进,掘进速度比原有提高30%以上。
Based on the actual excavation of the large section rock drift in Xinliu coal mine,full-face directional fracture controlled blasting technique has been used.Using duplex wedge hole cut blasting and shaped charge directional fracture blasting technique to change the charge structure of peripheral holes,the new drivage technology has been developed in large section rock drift.Experimental results showed that the directional fracturing blasting technique could improve configuration of large section rock,reduce the consumption of materials,and achieve safe speedy drivage with many working procedures in rock roadway,speeding up the digging productivity by 30%.
