摘要(Abstract)：

总结了拆除控制爆破中的诸多人为失控现象。从爆破前的勘察、爆破规模、爆破方法、爆破器材、爆破方案设计、爆破施工工艺、爆破防护措施、爆破设计方案的审批和爆破的微观控制环节等诸方面论述了实施有效控制的必要性，为从事这类工程的同仁提供了经验。
In this paper,many man made out of control phenomena′s in demolition blasting are summarized The necessity of effective control is discussed in the aspects of prospection before blasting,blasting scale,scheme design,construction method and technology,the choice of explosive materials,the blasting safeguard and the examination and approval of the blasting project design by the administration,etc And also,some valuable experiences are put forward
