预应力钢筋混凝土桁架拱桥爆破拆除

摘要(Abstract):

龙塘河大桥为预应力钢筋混凝土桁架拱桥,爆破要求桥体全部坍塌并充分解体破碎,确保爆堆在水面以下5m,不影响河流的正常通航。根据桥的结构特点及技术要求,采取爆破拆除、机械拆除、人工拆除相结合的方式进行拆除。对受力关键部位设置爆破切口,其他部位每隔610m设置一处切口。采用交叉复式联接网路并从中间向两边毫秒延时起爆,取得很好的爆破效果。
Long Tang River Bridge is a prestressed concrete trussed arch one.It was required to be collapsed completely and disintegrated fully.Furthermore,the normal navigation of the river cannot be affected and blasting muckpile should be under water below 5m.According to the bridge structure and demolition technical requirements,blasting demolition,mechanical demolition and manual removal were used together.Some blasting notches were set on the key force parts and each 610m设置一处切口。采用交叉复式联接网路并从中间向两边毫秒延时起爆,取得很好的爆破效果。
