摘要(Abstract)：

通过条形药包切割作用和集中药包的撕裂作用相结合的爆破方法,成功地将沉没于福州港闽江口外的"金航"轮拆毁,并将残骸清出航道。文中简介了总体爆破方案、药量计算和起爆网络的设计,详述了条形药包、集中药包和起爆药包的制做和布设。同时,对水下爆破时水中冲击波效应和地震效应进行了评估,并概述了对水下爆破拆毁沉船的体会。
