复杂环境下多排立柱框架楼房爆破拆除技术

摘要(Abstract):

针对待拆腾飞大厦为环境复杂的多排立柱框架型楼房的情况,采用了控制爆破技术。综合考虑楼房结构和周边环境,选择了合理的前、后排立柱起爆时间,利用时间差控制楼房倒塌方向距离;根据后支座铰链前移技术,使2排立柱作为后支座铰链,增加铰链极限承载力,严格控制楼房后坐。实例表明,爆破效果良好,楼房破碎较好,爆堆高6.2m,爆破倒塌距离28m,后排柱后坐未超过2m,为类似楼房爆破拆除工程提供了借鉴。
Due to the multi row column frame building of Tengfei edifice in complex environment,the controlled blasting technology is used.Considering the building structure and the surrounding environment,selecting reasonable detonation time of the before and after column,using the time difference to control collapse direction and distance;according to the rear supporting hinge forward technology,the two row of columns as a bearing hinge,increasing the limit bearing capacity of hinge to control the building backward collapse strictly.The example building is broken well,the muckpile is 6.2 mhigh,the blasting collapse distance is 28 m,and the after column backward is not more than 2 m.It is provide a refevence for blasting demolition engineering of similar buildings.
