摘要(Abstract):

为克服福州港三都澳港区漳湾作业区7号泊位工程爆破区域施工场地狭小、环境复杂、多雨、工期紧等不利条件,实现安全、高效、高强度的石料开采,基于岩体条件和爆破参数对爆破效果的影响,通过工程爆破实验探索爆破参数优化方法,采用多台阶并进式开挖、压渣爆破、光面爆破、逐孔起爆等技术,实现了狭窄复杂环境钻、爆、装、运等多环节安全高效连续作业。石料开采大块率下降50%,装运效率提高15%,日均出运10万t,安全高效地完成了开挖工程,对类似狭窄场地、爆破振动控制要求高的土石方开挖爆破作业具有一定的借鉴价值。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of narrow construction site, complex environment, rainy and tight construction period in the blasting area Berth 7 of Zhangwan operation area in Sanduao port of Fuzhou port,and to realize safe, efficient and high-strength stone mining, based on the influence of rock mass conditions and blasting parameters on the blasting effect, the blasting parameter optimization method is explored through engineering blasting experiments. Multi-step parallel excavation, slag blasting, smooth blasting, hole-by-hole initiation and other technologies are adopted to achieve safe and efficient continuous operations in multiple links such as drilling, blasting, loading, and transportation in a narrow and complex environment. The boulder ratio has dropped by 50%, and the efficiency of shipment and transportation efficiency has increased by 15%. The average daily shipment is 100 000 t, and the excavation project is completed safely and efficiently. It has a certain reference value for rock excavation and blasting operations that are similar to narrow sites and require high blasting vibration control.
