综掘机施工巷道坚硬岩石松动爆破技术LOOSE BLASTING TECHNOLOGY OF FULLY-EXCAVATING MACHINE CONSTRUCTION ROADWAY WITH HARD ROCK

摘要(Abstract):
岩巷综掘机一般适用于岩性较软的泥岩、砂质泥岩巷道,对于掘进中遇到的较坚硬岩石,综掘机施工速度大大降低,而且综掘机刀具磨损严重,使用寿命大幅降低,掘进成本巨增,必须辅助松动爆破,对岩石进行软化。根据国投新集刘庄煤矿西大巷的具体情况,研究并提出符合煤矿井下施工要求的松动爆破技术方案,即合理的炮孔深度、孔网参数、装药量、装药结构、填塞长度等。研究成果在工程实践中取得了良好的松动爆破效果。
Rock roadway fully-excavating machine is applied in softer mudstones and sandy shale roadway generally.For the relatively hard rock encountered in tunneling,the construction speed of the fullyexcavating machine is reduced greatly,its tool wears seriously,its service life is greatly reduced,and tunneling cost is increased violently,so loose blasting must be adopted to soften the rocks to assist its excavating the roadways.According to the specific circumstances of west roadway in Liuzhuang coal mine of SDIC Xinji,loose blasting technology was investigated and proposed to meet construction requirements of underground coal mine,namely,the reasonable depth of boreholes,boreholes network parameters, charge,charge structure,and plugging length,etc.Good effect of loose blasting was obtained by using the study results in engineering practice.
