摘要(Abstract):
针对露天矿山爆破作业区域监控方式单一、人工投入大的问题,提出采用无线红外监控系统,来实现信息化远程监控。无线红外监控系统主要是由数字微波通信技术和无线红外对射光墙技术构建的无线红外光墙报警系统,为了证明该系统的应用效果,在分析了无线红外光墙报警系统的结构、特点和优势之后,阐述了以攀枝花白马铁矿为工程背景,进行相应工程实践的过程。实践证明,无线红外监控系统可安全高效地实现爆破作业区域无人化监管,对大规模矿山爆破现场监管具有一定的借鉴作用。
Aiming at the problems of single monitoring method and large labor investment in open-pit mine blasting operation area, a wireless infrared monitoring system is proposed to realize information remote monitoring. The wireless infrared monitoring system is mainly a wireless infrared light wall alarm system constructed by digital microwave communication technology and wireless infrared facing light wall technology. In order to prove the application effect of the system, after analyzing the structure, characteristics and advantages of the wireless infrared light wall alarm system, the process of carrying out the corresponding engineering practice with Panzhihua Baima Iron Mine as the engineering background is described. Practice has proved that the wireless infrared monitoring system can safely and efficiently achieve unmanned supervision of the blasting operation area, and has a certain reference for large-scale mine blasting site supervision.
