摘要(Abstract)：

针对每年公安机关在社会公共安全管理及非法制贩爆炸物案件侦破中会收缴大量的非法、过期爆炸物及战争年代收缴的废旧炮弹需要采用爆炸法进行销毁的情况,以合肥市某次销毁废旧炮弹的实施过程为例,阐述了废旧炮弹的鉴别、销毁场地的选择、装箱运输、药量计算、弹坑设计、炮弹放置的方法,为了确保废旧炮弹销毁工作的安全实施,进行了爆破振动、爆破冲击波、个别飞散物的安全核算。并对实际销毁效果进行总结,为同类工作提供参考。
In view of the fact that every year the public security organs collect a large number of illegal and expired explosives and waste artillery bombs collected in the war years in the detection of the cases of social public safety management Taking the implementation process of a certain destruction of waste artillery bombs in Hefei as an example,this paper expounds the identification of waste artillery bombs,the selection of destruction sites,the loading and transportation,the calculation of charge quantity,the design of craters and the placement of bombs,and in order to ensure the safe implementation of the destruction work,carrying out the safety accounting of blasting vibration,explosive shock wave and individual flying debris.The actual results are summarized to provide reference for similar work.
