摘要(Abstract)：

从分析北京市爆炸物品库管理现状入手,结合《北京市爆炸物品库安全防范规定》地方标准的制定,论述了如何采取人防、物防、犬防、技防、协防等措施,增强爆炸物品库防破坏、防盗窃、防抢劫的抗风险能力。
Starting from analyzing the status of the management of exploder storehouse in Beijing,the authors by consulting the establishment of "Beijing Exploder Storehouse Safety Guard Stipulation",dissertated how to strength the exploder storehouse defending against destruction,stealing and brigandage by taking the measures of person guarding,dog guarding,as well as guarding conducted by technology and combinations of above,so as to improve its anti-risk ability.
