电子雷管在一次成井32m爆破技术处理采空区中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

为消除业已存在的采空区对矿山开采带来的安全隐患,矿山亟待对存在的采空区进行有效的处理。常规方式处理采空区难度大、安全隐患多、费用高,为此提出从地表穿孔,采用电子数码雷管爆破技术,真正实现一次爆破全孔高度成井方式处理采空区。将一次成井爆破的矿岩充填采空区,同时也成为外部充填采空区的通道,可从外部回填较大采空区。采用电子数码雷管成功地实现了一次爆破成井32m,并成功地处理了采空区,为矿山处理采空区提供了新的方法和途径,具有典型的推广意义。
In order to eliminate the existing potential risks of mining due to the goaf,the effective treatments were urgently needed to deal with goaf for mine.The conventional way to deal with the goaf was difficult,costly,and had high potential risk.For this purpose,the use of electronic digital detonator blasting technology was proposed,with perforating from the surface,and it was truly achieved that treating goaf by one blasting with full height of the hole.The goaf was filled with mining rocks formed by shaft while it made a pass for backfilling more mined-out areas outside.The electronic digital detonators were successfully used to form a 32-meter shaft by one blasting and the goaf was well processed,which could provide a new method and mean for goaf treatments and had a typical significance to be promoted.
