摘要(Abstract)：

待拆除高层楼房与被保护建筑相距仅 2 0cm ,必须严格控制高楼倒塌过程中的后坐。为此 ,通过人工预处理将待爆破的高楼分成两个独立的楼体 ,并采用控制爆破使两楼体先后倒塌 ;同时 ,采取了一些技术措施 ,避免了爆破过程中高楼的后坐。这些措施包括切口范围内剪力墙的预处理、后倒塌楼体的后支点前移及其爆破切口位置的提高、选用合理的起爆时差等。此外 ,对高层楼房拆除爆破中的安全措施进行了探讨
Because the distance between a highrise to be demolished by directional blasting and a building to be protected is only 20 centimeters,the recoil of the highrise on its collapsing must be put under control. For this reason,the highrise is divided into two separated buildings by means of manual pretreatment,and the collapsing of two buildings is made successively with controlled blasting.At the same time,some technological measures are taken,thus avoiding the recoil of the highrise in blasting procedure. These measures include the pretreatment of shear walls in blasting cut,the forward moving of rear support-point and the rise of cut location for the building to be later blasted,the selection of reasonable delayed time and so on. In addition,the safety precautions in blasting demolition of highrises are discussed.
