摘要(Abstract)：

宁夏自治区首次定向爆破拆除100m高钢筋混凝土烟囱。介绍了公安机关对爆破设计方案、爆破参数以及安全警戒等方面进行审批时应要求的事项和程序,重点阐述了为控制飞石、爆炸冲击波和烟囱触地振动所采取的组织措施和安全防护措施,以及应急预案和措施的审查。爆破取得成功。
The paper was involved in a directional blasting demolition of a 100m high reinforced concrete chimney,which was the first case in the region.The authors introduced the procedures and formalities which should be paid attention during the examination and approval of the blasting program,blasting parameters and security guard by the local Public Security Authority.As the key points,the authors discussed the measures taken in the operation,like the control of the flyrock,the security protection from the blasting shock wave and the chimney collapse and emergency measures as well their examination and approval.The blasting came to a great success.
