两座薄壁结构冷却塔控制爆破拆除DEMOLITION OF TWO SHELL STRUCTURE COOLING TOWERS BY CONTROLLED BLASTING

摘要(Abstract):
采用控制爆破技术成功地拆除了复杂环境条件下的两座高度为69 m、底部直径为56.57m的冷却塔,此两座冷却塔结构是钢筋混凝土预制板装配而成的双曲线形筒体薄壁结构。通过精心设计爆破方案、合理选取切口和爆破参数,并采用簇联与四通相结合的复式闭合非电爆破网路,同时加强了爆破安全校核和安全防护措施,从而使拆除爆破取得了良好效果。
Two 69m high cooling towers with bottom diameter 56.75m under complicated circumstances were demolished successfully by controlled blasting.The cooling towers were hyperbolic thin-walled shell structures which were made of reinforced concrete precast slabs.Blasting scheme was designed elaborately,blasting cut and blasting parameters were chosen reasonably,no electric compound blasting network which combined cross connection with group units was adopted,and blasting safety check and security protective measures were strengthen.A good effect of blasting was achieved.
