摘要(Abstract):
在坚硬岩石的地质条件下,立井掘进爆破中炮孔利用率偏低,无法满足工程需要。通过采用锥形掏槽爆破技术,结合爆炸动力学、掏槽爆破的理论研究,获得了4.9m深孔锥形掏槽爆破的基本参数。现场的9次试验均获得了非常好的效果,与方案优化前相比,减少了钻孔数和爆破器材的消耗量,同时使得炮孔利用率提高至满足工程需要;试验结果还表明合理的掏槽孔单耗能有效地控制飞石。
With the geological condition of hard rocks,the efficiency of blastholes in driving blasting of vertical shafts was low,and it could not meet the needs of project.Through researching the theory of blasting and explosion dynamics,using the technology of pyramid cut blasting,the basic parameters of the 4.9 meters long-hole pyramid cut blasting were obtained.The nine field tests had got a very good effect,the number of drilling and the consumption of explosive materials were reduced,the efficiency of blastholes was improved to meet the needs of project.The tests also showed that the flying rocks could be controlled by using reasonable unit explosive consumption of pyramid cut.
